The GP post is located in the Meander hospital, Maatweg 3 in Amersfoort and can be reached by phone via number 085 773 1100
At the GP post all general practitioners in the Eemland region work together. You will only be helped here after a telephone appointment and for matters that can not wait until regular working hours.
You can be helped faster if you have the following information at hand:
- your Citizen Service Number (BSN)
- your health insurance card
- the name of your GP
- your medication use
For consultations and visites in the evening, night and weekend service you will receive an invoice from the GP post.
